Arcade shooting game enthusiasts will certainly enjoy AirAttack, a Mac game that comes with a very simple yet entertaining gameplay. You must use your aircraft to navigate the map that slowly scrolls down your screen and destroy the hordes of enemies that attack you from all sides.

The 3D graphics enhanced by Light and Specular maps, the real-time physics and the high quality audio effects used by AirAttack work together to create a both entertaining and fairly realistic experience.

The game controls are very intuitive and AirAttack allows you to use either the mouse and keyboard or your gamepad. To get started, you must select the game style (arcade or survival) and one of the 3 difficulty modes.

AirAttack comes with 10 different missions in which you must destroy over 60 types of enemies. You will be flying one of the three player plane models s and you get to use a wide collection of weapons to annihilate your adversaries. What’s more, you can also have fun by destroying buildings and bridges.

During gameplay, you can collect upgrades or you can gain different achievements (there are 50 trophies in total). At the end of each mission, you must defeat a huge boss to get to the other level, which makes the entire journey even more challenging.

To conclude, if you are looking for an arcade styled shooting game that has high quality graphics, uses realtime physics and comes with an amazing soundtrack, AirAttack certainly fits the description.
