Current Version: Preview 3 (May 9, 2005). For Mac OS X only, SlashMUD is an Open Source, object-oriented, extensible, and speedy MUD server. According to the author, 'SlashMUD is an Open Source, Macintosh-based MUD that is currently in the final stages of being ported to Mac OS X. SlashMUD is fully object-oriented and includes many unique features built-in as standard. USA.com provides easy to find states, metro areas, counties, cities, zip codes, and area codes information, including population, races, income, housing, school. Void Sanctum is a fantasy roguelike featuring a highly descriptive MUD-inspired style. Many planned mechanics, such as fully realised armour and weapons, didn't make it in due to time constraints but the game is playable and loseable (hey, it's a roguelike) with several locations and dungeons to explore.

MudWalker is an in-development open-source MUD client for Mac OS X (OSX).

Version 0.3.2, released July 14, 2005, has the following changes since version 0.3.1:

• The “Check Spelling As You Type” option for the input panel is saved on quitting.
• The Lua plugin should not fail to load under Mac OS X 10.2.
• Some memory leaks that would occur per line received have been fixed.
• The speak() function is listed in scripting help.
