To activate Balloon Help, fromthe Help menu, select Show Balloons (looks like aquestion mark inside a balloon in System 7.0.x and 7.1.x, a stylizedquestion mark in System 7.5.x and 7.6.x, and 'Help' in Mac OS 8.x and9.x). To turn it off, from the same menu, select HideBalloons.
